【目的】实现煤矸石烧结空心砖隧道窑烧结过程的“自动”控制与管理,保障系统安全、稳定的运行。【方法】利用自动检测技术、增量式PID控制算法和组态软件KingView设计并实现了一煤矸石烧结空心砖隧道窑监控系统。【结果】该系统实现了对窑温、窑压、窑车位置等信息的实时检测和控制,完成了对整个烧结过程的自动控制。【结论】该设计不但有效地提高了系统运行的安全性,而且提高了空心砖的合格率与产量,收到了良好的经济效益。
【Objective】To realize the automatic control and management of sintering process ofcoal gangue sintered hollow brick tunnel kiln and ensure the safe and stable operation of thesystem.[MethodsJIn this paper,a coal gangue sintered hollow brick tunnel kiln monitoring sys-tem was designed and implemented by using automatic detection technology?incremental PIDalgorithm and KingView.【Results】It could monitor the rea卜time information of kiln tempera-ture^kiln pressure?fan frequency?position of kiln cars and so on,the automatic control of thewhole sintering process had been realized.[ConclusionlNot only the security of the system butalso the qualification rate and the output of hollow brick are improved?and a good economicbenefit has been obtained.
