用硅橡胶PDMS制作了一个微流控芯片,并用PDMS封接玻璃-PDMS芯片,芯片的键合成品率几乎达100%.采用光纤和光子计数器自行组装了一套结构简单、紧凑的微流控芯片激光诱导荧光光纤检测系统.以氩离子激光器为激发光源、浓度为5×10^-6mol/L的罗丹明B为检测物质,对该系统的性能进行测试,发现荧光峰值明显,重复检测性好。
A microfluidic chip was manufactured with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and was sealed with glass by PDMS, attaining a success rate of about 100%. Then, an optical fiber detection system with simple and compact structure was assembled using optical fibers and a photon counter, which was applied to the detection of laser-induced fluorescence. The performance of the assembled system was finally tested with argon ion laser as the excited source and with rhodamine B (5 × 10^-6 mol/L) as the detected sample. The results indicate that the system is of distinct fluorescent signal and good repetitive performance.
