针对面向主动再制造的产品模块化问题,提出了模块化设计流程,结合产品生命周期各阶段特性,从材料的选择与配置、再制造加工性能、使用与维护性、经济性、功能物理可行性等方面制订产品主动再制造模块划分准则。结合模糊动态聚类分析方法,构建产品零部件相似性矩阵,进行产品零部件模块划分,并基于模块内/模块间关联度分析,选取最优阈值,实现模块优化。最后以某款洗碗机产品为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to achieve product modularization for the active remanufacturing,a modular design flow was proposed. Combined with characteristics of various stages of product life cycle,the module partition criteria of product active design for remanufacturing were established from the aspects of material selection and configuration, remanufacturing process performances, use and maintenance performances, economical efficiency, functional and physical feasibility. Based on criteria and the fuzzy dynamic clustering algorithm, the similarity matrix of product components and product components module were constructed. The optimized threshold value and module were obtained through the module interior/module exterior correlation analysis. Finally,a type of dishwasher was taken as an example to verify the validity of the method.
