本文一方面通过对苎麻的田间调查,获得苎麻性别的数据,分析其性别表达的遗传规律;另一方面以苎麻为材料,针对MADS盒保守区设计引物,利用RT-PCR方法,试图从苎麻的花中分离出含有MADS基因的cDNA片段,并取得了初步结果。
In this research, we acquired sexual data by investS;gating in ramie field, and analyzed heredity rules of sexual expression. And we tried to separate the cDNA segment of containing MADS gene from the flowers of ramie by designing primers on the basis of MADS guard section and making use ofRT PCR.
