研究重点是应用经典管理学理论——平衡计分卡理论来构建员工考核系统。平衡计分卡理论打破了传统的单靠利润评价企业,单靠效益创造来评价员工的片面的评价方式,旨在对企业、员工进行全面、综合的评价。以企业单位员工情况为背景,构建了员工的平衡计分卡模型,并在C#.net环境下构建了实验性系统。利用系统经使用得到的绩效矩阵与企业之前对员工的评价情况进行了比较,比较结果表明,该系统更有利于全面、科学的评价员工,从而为人事决策提供了更具科学性的依据。
the main purpose is to apply classic management theory to build staff examination system. The BSC theroy changes the traditional evaluation thought which is only to rely on the profit to evaluate enterprise and staff and evaluates the enterprise and staff synthetically. Based on the enterprise staff situation, the BSC model of the staff is constructed, and an experimental system in the C#.net environment is built. Finally, the result of comparing the performance matrix which the system got with the evaluation situation of the staff before proved that this system is in favor of evaluating the staffsynthetically and scientifically, consequently, this system provided more scientific warranty for HR' s descision-making.
