基于对百余名我国企业孵化器高层管理者及相关人员的调查,对企业孵化器服务能力因素及其服务创新对策进行了研究。结果表明,孵化器服务能力因素主要有6类,分别是学习与素质、整合与发展、战略与拓展、运营与活动、规则与方法、基础与网络等服务能力因素。针对这些能力因素进行的孵化器服务创新方法与措施有：加强孵化器自身建设、整合外部资源并改善管理;进行规划与创新、提升管理水平;进行标准化建设,同时加强服务基础设施建设与资源网络建设。

英文摘要：

Based on a survey of more than one hundred managers from some Business Incubators （BI） in China. This paper explores and analyses the factors of service capacity and gives required types of service innovation. The results show that there are six types of such factors, which are learning and quality, integration and development, strategy and expansion, operations and activities, rules and methods, basic and network services competencies. The corresponding approaches of service innovation for these capabilities are to strengthen self-capability, integrating external resources for raising management level; planning and innovating for management upgrading; setting service standards, while enhancing service infrastructure and resource networks.
