基于脉动低压波克服井底压差提高钻速的机理,并根据自振阀式低压脉冲射流调制器的工作原理,利用Matlab环境下的Simulink系统建立了调制器液压振动力学的计算机仿真模型,对调制器的阀系运动进行了运动仿真。结果显示,调制器上阀和下阀协调振动具有可行性,调制器振动频率随钻头压降的增大线性增加,随钻井液流量、下阀质量、上阀行程的增加而减小。
Based on the mechanism of drilling speed increased by low-pressure pulses overcoming bottom-hole pressure difference, and the working principle of the low-pressure pulse jet modulator with self-vibration valves, the simulation model of mechanics of modulator vibration was established by using Simulink system in Matlab environment. And the valves' movement of modulator was simulated. The results show the feasibility of working together of up valve and down valve. The vibration frequency of modulator linear increases with the bit pressure drop increasing, while decreases with the increase of flow rate of drilling fluid, down valve mass and distance of travel of up valve.
