湿地是具有多功能的独特的生态系统,对其生态服务功能进行评价,可为管理和保护湿地提供科学的依据。以乐清湾湿地为研究对象,采用市场价值法、替代费用法、碳税法与工业制氧影子法、机会成本法、权变估算法及专家评估法对该湿地生态服务功能进行了价值测算。经计算,乐清湾湿地生态服务功能总价值为67.63亿元/年。其中直接使用价值为47.75亿元/年,间接使用价值为19.06亿元/年,非使用价值为0.83亿元/年。该项研究可为湿地资源的开发规划提供参考。
The wetland has its unique ecosystem with multi-functional and the evaluation of its ecological service function may provide a scientific basis for its management and protection. This paper taking Yueqing Bay wetland as a case and, by adopting the market value method, market surrogate method, carbon tax and industrial manufacturing oxygen shadow method, opportunity cost method, tact evaluation method and expert valuation method, esti- mates the value of the wetland ecosystem and its service function. The estimated total value of the wetland ecosystem service function is RMB 6. 763 billion yuan/a, in which, the direct usable value is RMB 4. 775 billion yuan/a, the indirect usable value is RMB 1. 906 billon yuan/a, and the unusable value is RMB 0. 083 billon yuan/a. This study provides a reference to development and planning of the wetland resource.
