尝试弥合管理创新研究中个人主义与结构主义之间的割裂关系,构建一个跨层级、互动分析模型,即宏观、微观互动视角下管理创新实现机制的理论模型。在理论构建的基础上,将改革开放后中国管理思想的发展历程看作不断进行管理创新的过程,在新理论视角下分析和说明了社会环境因素的客观制约性、管理创新主体的能动性之间的内在关联,目的是为了在明确的理论框架基础上反思改革开放后中国管理思想发展特征与规律,期待通过深入反思来促进中国管理思想的发展和创新。
This essay tries to heal the dissever relations between the individualism perspective and structuralism one, build a cross-leveled and interaction analysis model, namely the management innovation mechanism model mixed the macro and micro perspective. To achieve it, this essay take the development of Chinese management thought's history since the reform and opening up as a ongoing process of management innovation. Then, this essay study the Chinese management development between theory and practice since the reform and opening up, make a new theoretical perspective analysis and explanation to the internal connection between the management innovation main body and the objective conditionality of social environmental factors. The purpose is to construct a clear theoretical framework and help us better understand the characteristics of the development of Chinese management thought pattern, aiming to promote the development of Chinese management thought and inno- vation.
