目的对穿心莲二萜内酯有效部位的化学成分进行研究;方法利用硅胶柱层析,制备薄层色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质结合波谱方法鉴定化合物结构;结果穿心莲二萜内酯有效部位中分离并鉴定了5个主要化合物,分别为:穿心莲内酯、异穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、14去氧穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯;结论为探讨穿心莲有效部位的物质基础提供了依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of diterpene lactone effective part of Andrographis panniculata(Burm.f.)Nees. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography,their chemical structures were identified by physicchemcial properties and spectral methods.Results Five compounds were separated and identified as:andrographolide,isoandrographolide, neoandrographolide, 14 deoxyandrographolide, 14 deoxy 11, 12 didehydroandrographolide.Conclusion Which provides the basis for the active ingredients of diterpene lactone effective part of Andrographis panniculata(Burm.f.)Nees.
