基因表达式程序设计是一种新的演化建模方法,试验表明在求解很多问题时该方法比遗传程序设计优越两个数量级以上。复用性是一个重要的概念,在众多领域得到了广泛的应用。通过对染色体中的基因的复用性进行研究,提出了重叠复用性建模(Overlap Reused Modeling,ORM)方法,也可以称为重叠复用性建模(Overlap Reused Modeling,ORM)方法。重叠复用性建模方法通过改进的染色体解码(翻译)规则来实现基因的复用性,从而有效地扩大了染色体的表达空间。同时提出了一种新的染色体适应值的计算方法,这种新的方法不仅简化了染色体适应值的计算过程,而且可以杜绝因基因复用所造成的计算量的增加。
Gene Expression Programming is a new method of Evolutionary Modeling,and the experiments show that it outperforms Genetic Programming(GP) more than two orders in some problems.Reusability,actually speaking,is an important concept which is widely used in a lot of fields.According to the research of gene's reusability in chromosome,Overlap Reused Modeling(ORM),which was also named as Overlap Reused Programming(ORP),was proposed.By some improved decoding(translating) rules,the gene's reusability,which enlarged the expression space of chromosome effectively but consequently,was realized for ORM.Furthermore,a new method for calculating the fitness of chromosome was proposed which not only simplified the process of calculation,but also eliminated the increased of computational complexity caused by gene's reusability.
