本文通过零维数值模拟,对基于烟气循环的不同级别燃气轮机燃烧室中实现柔和燃烧的条件进行了计算分析。结果表明燃气轮机燃烧室柔和燃烧主要受回流烟气和燃料、空气的混合物温度的影响,烟气回流起到缩短混合物点火延迟时间的作用。由于不同燃料和不同负荷条件下混合物自燃温度变化不大,柔和燃烧具有较好的燃料适应性和变负荷性能。分析还表明未完全反应的烟气不会影响柔和燃烧工况范围。
By zero dimension model,CHEMKIN was used to investigate the thermodynamics and fuel conditions of mild combustion in 3 classical gas turbine combustors of different classes with flue gas recirculation.The results show that the mixture temperature of flue gas,fuel and air is the key factor affecting the operation range of mild combustion in gas turbine combustor,and the recirculation of flue gas reduces ignition delay time.Because of the nearly constant mixture temperature for different fuels under different load conditions,mild combustion is of wide fuel flexibility and load flexibility.It also shows whether the flue gas is fully reacted has few effects on the operation range of mild combustion.
