在车牌识别系统的实际应用中,外部光照情况的变化对车牌识别效果有很大的影响,这是一个优良的车牌识别系统必须考虑的重要问题。通过长期的研究与大量的现场试验,设计了一种行驶车辆图像获取摄像机自适应控制系统AIACS(Acquiring Image Adaptive Control System)很好地解决了这个问题。AIACS采用共生矩阵的方法对车辆纹理进行分析,得出摄像机的调整参数,达到控制摄像机的目的,并可以根据需求调整算法,对图像中感兴趣的部分进行反馈,以此帮助摄像机摄取到清晰的运动车辆的图像。
In practical application of vehicle plate recognition, the variation of outside light greatly affects the recognition outcomes, this is the problem has to be taken into account for realizing an excellent vehicle plate recognition system. In the paper it brings forward an acquiring image adaptive control system (AIACS) based on moving vehicle after carrying out long-term research and a great deal of on-site experiments. AIACS makes use of acerete matrix to analyze vehicle texture and to educe Vidicon' s adjusting parameters, in order to control the Vidicon. AIACS can dynamically adjust algorithm according to the demand of the Vidicon, feeds back the interested images to assist the acquisition of clear images for moving Vehicles.
