文章以缸套-活塞环摩擦副为研究对象,设计加工出8组具有不同粗糙度的缸套表面,并采用二维motif(2D-motif)法对其进行了表征,通过试验获得了不同表面的摩擦系数、试件稳定温度和磨损量,建立了2D-motif参数与摩擦学特性的关联性。结果表明:参数AR与摩擦系数密切相关;AR、W与温度密切相关;参数Wte与磨损量密切相关,AW、W与磨损量相关;波纹度motif参数对温度特性、磨损特性起到主导作用,而粗糙度motif参数对摩擦特性起到主导作用。文中研究了试验前、后motif各参数的变化情况,并运用理论进行深入解释,为2D-motif参数的进一步研究和实际缸套表面的设计提供了依据。
In this paper, the cylinder-piston ring was taken as the research object, and eight groups of cylinder with different surface topography were designed, processed, and characterized by two-dimensional motif( 2D- motif) method. The friction coefficient, stable temperature of samples and wear amount of different surfaces were obtained through experiments. The relationship between 2D-motif parameters and tribological properties was established. The results are as follows, the parameter AR is closely related to the friction coefficient; AR, W are closely related to the temperature; the parameter Wte is closely related to the wear amount, and AW, W are related to the wear amount. It is also found that the motif parameters of waviness play a leading role in temperature characteristics and wear characteristics, while the motif parameters of roughness play a leading role in friction characteristics. The change of the motif parameters before and after the test was studied and explained by theory. The results of this study provide a basis for the further study of 2D-motif parameters and the practical design of cylinder surfaces.
