分析一种K6型局部双层后张拉整体成形网壳的张拉成形过程,即张拉长度不足的下弦杆中的内穿钢索,使平板网架起拱变形,逐步转化为空间球面网壳.通过考察其节点连接方式对于后张拉力与成形初应力的影响,总结出节点应满足的条件.在此分析基础上,提出一种新型合理的节点,用有限元软件进行分析,得出了焊接处理前后节点的弯矩一转角曲线,证明其经过简单处理可以达到大幅增大节点刚度的要求.文中进一步研究了该节点部分基本参数对节点刚度的影响,对其变化趋势和影响程度的原因进行了探讨,并回归得到节点刚度的参考计算公式.
This paper analyzes the forming process of a K6-type partial double layer reticulated spherical shell by post-tensioning. By tensioning the steel wire in the bottom chords which are insufficient, the plane space truss can be arched and transformed to reticulated spherical shell progressively. By research on the influence of the joint connection types on forming post-tension force and forming initial stress, the features which the joint should have are summarized. On the basis of the analysis above, this paper develops a new applicable joint. Finite element software is used for joint analysis to obtain the moment-rotation curves of the processes before and after welding. It is proved that this joint could meet the demand of increasing joint stiffness with certain measures. The influence of some basic parameters on the stiffness of the joint is also studied and the reasons of variation tendency and influence degree of joint stiffness are discussed. The computing formula of joint stiffness by the method of regression analysis is finally obtained.
