经低能C离子注入处理的白芝麻(Sesamumindicum L.)种子,在田间进行了栽培实验,结果发现:种子注入不同注量的C离子,对其生长发育期的生物学效应有不同的影响,C离子注量为1×10^11,1×10^12,1×10^15,5×10^15,1×10^16,5×10^16cm^-2的6个注量组的白芝麻植株的株高、叶数、茎粗及叶片面积均优于对照组,而且比对照组早进入花期,早结实,单株产量也有一定提高,特别是5×10^15cm^-2注量组为最优;但经较高的C离子注量(1×10^17cm^-2)处理后,对白芝麻种子的萌发率和生长势则有较大的抑制作用.该研究结果为应用离子注入技术对芝麻品种的改良提供了有价值的依据.
The field cultivation experiments of white sesame seeds (Sesamumindicum L. ) implanted with low energy C ion show that the different doses of C ion implantation produce different biological effecls. White sesame plants in 6 different dose groups with C ion density respectively at 1×10^11,1×10^12,1×10^15,5×10^15,1×10^16,5×10^16cm^-2 are superior to the contrast group in plant height, leaf number, stalk diameter and leaf size. Besides, white sesame plants in these groups flower and seed earlier than those in the contrast group, and single plant yield is also improved. Of all the groups, 5×10^15 cm^2 dose group yields the best effect, whereas the 1×10^17 cm^2dose group shows an obvious inhibitive effect of the ion implantation on the germination and growth of the white sesame seeds. The research results are valuable to the application of ion implantation technology in improving sesame breed.
