提出了采用二元光学元件(BOE)进行三维形貌测量的新方法。设计二元光学元件产生空间二维点阵结构光,经物面调制后的点阵信息被相机一次获取,利用三角测量法得到物体的三维空间坐标。按该方法处理得到的结果与实际物体的形貌特征吻合。结果表明,按该测量系统具有便捷式功能,适用于三维照相等应用领域。
A novel approach by using binary optical elements(BOE) of 3D measurement is presented. BOE is used to produce two dimension dot arrays, and the distribution of dot array on the surface of the object is taken at one time as a picture by camera, then the data of picture are analyzed based on trigonometry to get 3D coordinates. The result achieved in this way agrees well with the surface profile of the object measured. The system is not only portable, but also prone to the application of 3D photograph.
