英文摘要：

The multifoliate trait of alfalfa impacts on yield and quality of alfalfa.The multifoliate alfalfa inbred line was established to investigate and estimate the genetic characteristics and laws of multifoliate trait,which would provid scientific basis for the breeding of new varieties of leafy alfalfa.Experiments were carried out to select multifoliate alfalfa inbred parent lines for parents＇ selection.Observing and measuring agronomic traits of the selfing S2 generation such as multifoliate trait and plant height,and so make a comparative analyses with the parent materials.The results showed that the agronomic traits of alfalfa were more abundant and the coefficient of variation was 19.54%-55.66%.The growth rate of S2 population was slow and the expression of multifoliate trait was diversification.
