铣削载荷波动是模具型面高速铣削加工中经常遇到的棘手问题。为了控制高速铣削过程中的切削载荷,提出了两种适用于立铣刀加工的载荷控制策略和一种适用于球头铣刀加工的切削载荷控制策略。加工实验表明,提出的高速铣削载荷控制策略简练有效。最后还介绍了一个已经应用于生产实践的高速铣削工艺策略。
The milling load fluctuation is the delicate matter which in the mold profile high speed milling processing meets frequently. In order to control the cutting load in the high speed milling process, proposed two kinds of cutting load control policy suitable mastercut tool and one kind of cutting load control policy suitable ball-end cutting tool. The processing experiment indicated that high speed milling load control policy is succinct effective. Finally also introduced one high speed milling craft strategy already applied in the production practice.
