【目的/意义】在线健康社区逐渐成为用户获取医疗信息服务的重要途径。【方法/过程】基于感知价值理论,构建在线健康社区用户信息服务使用意愿影响因素模型,采用问卷调查方法收集数据,利用Smart PLS 3.0工具检验提出的假设,并进一步探究性别对影响效果的调节作用。【结果/结论】研究结果表明:社会支持、成就需要和感知信任对用户使用意愿具有显著地正向影响,感知风险对用户使用意愿具有显著地负向影响,对于不同性别用户,各变量的影响效果有一定的差异。
[Purpose/significance]Online health community has gradually become an important way for users to access medical information services. [ Method/process ] Based on the theory of perceived value, this paper has constructed an influence factors model of users' willingness to use information services in the online health community. This paper used the method of questionnaire to collect data and Smart PLS 3.0 tool to test the hypothesis suggested. And we further explored the regulatory effect of gender on the effect. [ Result/conclusion ] The results shows that: social support, need for achievement and perceived trust have a significantly positive influence on users' willingness to use, perceived risk has a significantly negative effect on users' willingness to use. For the users with different genders, the effect of each variable has some differences.
