英文摘要：

In this paper we discuss the inexact block upper triangular preconditioner for the nonsymmetric saddle point problem. In particular, we consider the case that the （1,2） block needs not equal to the transposed （2,1） bolck. We provide the eignvalue distribution for the preconditioned matrices by using the matrix perturbation theory. Some numerical experiments are given to illustrate the validity of our results.
