研究使用计算机辅助诊断方法对颈内动脉起始段狭窄进行自动诊断.在对DSA图像目标区域进行自动分割后,对病灶部位进行形状分析,提取形状参量,通过人工神经网络训练分类器进行判断,得出颈内动脉起始段狭窄的诊断结果.系统的识别正确率可达94%以上.该方法有助于诊断颈内动脉起始段狭窄.
To diagnose carotid artery stenosis with computer-aided automatic diagnostic method and discuss its clinical value and significance. After segmentation of the DSA image, the feature of the lesions were extracted, a classifier was trained which could identify the DSA images automatically. The accurate rate of the computer-aided automatic diagnostic system was over 94%. Carotid artery stenosis diagnosis with computer-aided automatic diagnostic method has clinical applicative value.
