The land development and consolidation has become the focus of the worldattention, especially important in our country. Therefore, the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources has launched the land development and consolidation of government investment work. This article analyzes the question from the concept and standard aspects, proposes the project application procedure and content depth of every stages in planning and design, hoping to offer reference for the future land development and consolidation and promote promote our country＇s land development and consolidation enterprise vigorous developed.
