目的:采用Folin—Ciocaileu比色法测定啤酒花中的总多酚的含量。方法:以没食子酸作为对照品,以福林试剂-碳酸钠溶液体系为显色剂,检测波长765nm。结果:标准曲线的回归方程为Y=0.04659+109.89X(r=0.9994),线性范围0.049—0.595g·L^-1,稳定性、精密度、重现性、回收率的RSD1.01%~1.53%,平均回收率分别为99.6%,101.7%,98.3%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,是检测啤酒花中总多酚成分的可靠方法,为控制啤酒花的内在质量提供了依据。
