用火法对粉煤灰进行改性处理,改性后粉煤灰的物理化学性质变化较大,新生矿物相有A型沸石和Na—P型沸石.通过正交实验,建立了最佳改性及处理含Cu^2+废水的工艺条件:原状粉煤灰与Na2CO3质量比为1:2,NaOH浓度为1mol/L,固液比为1:5;2g改性粉煤灰对250mL浓度为20mg/L的Cu^2+模拟废水的吸附率达97%.处理含Cr^6+废水的最佳条件为:改性粉煤灰5g置于250mL浓度为3mg/L,pH=7的废水中,搅拌时间30min,对Cr^6+吸附率达89.6%,处理后的废水Cr^6+浓度为0.31mg/L,低于国家废水排放标准(0.5mg/L).
In the research of the phisico chemical properties and minerals composition, the physical property of modified flying ash changes. New mineral faces--A type and Na -P type zeolites exist there. The best modifying method for flying ash and the combination of treating Cu^2+ -bearing waste water is carried out by orthogonal experiment to reveal that the ratio of flying ash to Na2 CO3 equals to 1 : 2 ( mass fraction), NaOH concentration is 1 mol/L, 2 g modified flying ash adsorption ratio can reach 97% for 250 mL Cu^2+ concentration 20 mg/L. The best combination for Cr^6+ concentration 3mg/L and pH =7 is 5 g modified flying ash with 30 min stirring for the waste water , with the adsorption ratio of Cr^6+ 89.6%. The Cr^6+ concentration after treating is 0.31 mg/ L, lower than the national standard for discharging (0. 5 mg/L).
