为了确定房间的通风换气量及建筑围护结构的蓄热性能与夜间通风效果的关系.选择了昼夜温差较大的西安地区进行分析,分析对象为间歇运行的空调办公建筑,分析的工具为能耗模拟软件DeST.研究过程中建立了西安地区典型办公建筑的基准模型,从房间空调室温和建筑空调负荷两个方面对夜间通风的效果进行评价,得出了通风换气次数和围护结构蓄热性能和夜间通风效果的确切关系,为夜间通风建筑设计提供了一定的理论依据.
The main purpose of this article is to determine the relationship between air change rate, thermal storage capacity of building envelope and the effect of night ventilation. Xi'an is choused for the analysis for its big temperature difference between day and night. The office building for analysis is air-conditioned and under intermittent operation; the analytical tool is the energy simulation software DeST. In the process of this study, a typical office building in Xi'an area is estabhshed;and room temperature and building cooling load are chosen to be the index to evaluate the effectiveness of ventilation. The exact relationship between air change rate, thermal storage capacity and effectiveness are found, and the result can provide theoretical basis for the design of the night ventilation.
