基于VERICUT对弧齿锥齿轮进行数控加工仿真以及虚拟测量。首先,介绍了传统机床的坐标转换原理以及数控加工原理,接着利用VERICUT对弧齿锥齿轮锥的大轮进行了切齿仿真;其次,通过UG软件以及生成的齿面点坐标进行了逆向三维建模;最后,将仿真的切齿模型与UG的设计模型进行测量对比,验证数控加工方法的可行性,同时也为齿轮的实际数控加工提供捷径,大大缩短了从设计到生产的周期,从而提高了弧齿锥齿轮的生产效率。
The NC machining simulation and virtual measurement of spiral bevel gear is carried out based on the VERICUT.Firstly,the coordinate transformation principle of traditional machine and NC machining principle are introduced.Then the tooth cutting simulations of the large gear of spiral bevel gear are carried out by using VERICUT.Secondly,the three-dimensional model is reversely built by means of UG software and the generated coordinates of tooth surface points.Finally,the simulation tooth cutting model is measured and contrasted with UG design model to verify the feasibility of NC processing method.Meanwhile,it also offers shortcuts to the actual NC machining of the gear,and greatly shortens the cycle from design to production,thus improving the production efficiency of spiral bevel gear.
