利用访谈和问卷调查对大学基础研究创新文化环境问题及其影响因素进行实证研究;同时,运用0rdered Logit模型估计了五个影响因素对大学基础研究环境问题的影响程度。研究发现,基础研究资源分配的行政参与和人才的晋升机制两个因素对大学缺乏基础研究创新精神和宽松氛围,大学中违反科学道德及科研诚信不端行为日益严重,大学基础研究团队内部缺乏协作氛围三方面创新文化环境问题有显著影响;基础研究的经费投入对大学缺乏基础研究创新精神和宽松氛围有比较显著的影响;基础研究者的竞争压力对大学基础研究团队内部缺乏协作氛围有显著影响。
Through interviews with scholars and questionnaire surveys, the factors influencing innovation culture in university basic research are studied empirically. At the same time, Ordered Logit model is employed to estimate the marginal effects of five factors on the response probability of innovation culture in university basic research. The results show that, both administrative participation of resources allocation and promotion mechanism of talents in basic research have significantly impacts on innovation atmosphere and relaxed atmosphere, academic fraud and team coordination in university. The funds investment in basic research has relatively impacts on innovation culture in university. Pressure of basic research scholars from limited resources has significant impacts on team coordination in university.
