等双轴预拉伸下介电弹性体驱动器机电稳定性特性是研究衡量介电弹性体性能的重要指标之一。为了解介电弹性体驱动器机电稳定性特性,借助有限元数值模拟手段,针对等双轴预拉伸条件下的介电弹性体驱动器,开展了驱动器力电特性有限元仿真计算,建立了伸长率与名义电场强度之间的关系,将仿真结果与已有的理论计算结果进行了对比,二者完全重合;同时根据等双轴预拉伸情况下系统的状态方程,分析不同预拉伸水平下极限电致应变、电场强度、电位移等参数关系,获取该介电弹性体驱动器稳态工作区间;有限元建模及分析方法可以为等双轴预拉伸驱动器的设计提供参考。
Electromechanical stability analysis for the DE(dielectric elastomer)actuator with biaxial pre-stretch is one of the important indexes to measure the dielectric elastomer properties.By the method of FEM,the characteristics of a DE actuator subject to a voltage and biaxial pre-stretches are simulated.Relationships between the nominal electric field with the stretches,the nominal electric field with the nominal electric displacement,and the true electric field with the stretches are analyzed.The simulation results get along well with the results obtained by the theoretical model.The results show that the stability of the actuator is markedly enhanced by prestresses,and the method used in the FEM can be used in the design of the design of DE actuators with biaxial pre-stretch.
