为分析电机各个部件在运行时的温升状况,合理选择冷却方式,确保电机稳定运行时各个部件工作在正常温升范围内,计算了等效导热系数、气隙等效导热系数、表面散热系数,建立了PMFSLM有限元模型,分析了该类电机运行过程中的温升特点。研究结果表明:PMFSLM速度越低,温度越高;电机温度稳定时,电枢绕组的温度最高,同时出现自轴线中心位置向两端温度逐渐降低的现象,对于该类电机,长期运行时应采用风冷或水冷等措施以降低温升。
To analyze each part temperature of the motor during operation, selecting the appropriate way of coolingthe motor, and ensuring that all components work within the normal temperature range, it has been calculatedthe equivalent thermal conductivity, the air gap equivalent thermal conductivity, surface cooling conductivityand loss under different speed. The results show that the lower the speed of PMFSLM,the higher the temperatureof the motor, and the highest temperature exists at armature winding, temperature is gradually reducingfrom the axis of the center position to both ends, then the motor can be air-cooled or water-cooled to reducetemperature rise when it is used for long time.
