目的通过对英国客源市场的细分,为进一步拓展中国海外旅游市场提供依据。方法利用作者在全国6大旅游热点城市进行的入境游客抽样调查资料,运用多元统计分析中对应分析方法,以英国入境游客为例,分析旅华不同旅游目的的英国游客在旅游信息获取方式上的差异性。结果发现具有不同旅游目的的英国游客在对旅游信息的收集行为上有不同的倾向。结论提出了针对英国客源市场的营销建议,得出对游客进行多角度细分有助于我国优良旅游资源打入国际市场。
Aim To strength the segmental markets of British and offer to a reference for developing overseas markets of tourism in china. Methods According to the sample survey data from abroad in Chinese six famous tourist cities, British travelers on different purporses in china seaching tourist information mode was analyzed and evaluated by using Muhielement statistical analysis:correspondence analysis as a mathematical method. Results There is different tendency of British travelers on different purporses in china seaching tourist information mode. Conclusion Some constructive suggestions about segmental markets are presented. It's advantage to develop our overseas markets of tourism from multitude.
