地面出入式盾构开挖对邻近地下管线的影响分析

基于Winkler地基模型,对地下管线的受力模型进行简化,建立地面出入式盾构法隧道施工中土体损失引起的土体沉降计算式,推导出地面出入式盾构法隧道施工引起的垂直交叉地下管线弯矩、应力和应变的计算公式。考虑盾构掘进时上仰β角,通过算例分析,探讨土质条件、管线埋深以及管线直径改变对地下管线弯矩的影响。研究结果表明:随着β增大,盾构开挖面后方的管线弯矩呈逐渐减小趋势,而开挖面前方则变化很小;β角、管线埋深和管径改变只对横向管线最大正、负弯矩附近影响较大,对其余部分影响非常小;硬黏土中管线的最大正、负弯矩均要大于软黏土中管线的最大正、负弯矩,但影响范围则是软黏土中的管线大。

In this study,the calculation of formulas of soils settlement caused by soils loss in the construction ofground penetrating shield tunneling was established.Based on Winkler foundation model,the force model ofunderground pipeline was simplified,and the calculation of formulas for stress,strain and bending moment of avertical-crossed underground pipeline caused by the construction of ground penetrating shield tunneling werededuced.The study considered the elevational angle asβin the ground shield driving,then discussed the influenceof changes on the soil condition,and buried the depth and the diameter of pipeline on the bending moment ofunderground pipeline through analysis with examples.The result showed that the bending moment of the pipelineat the rear of the shield tunneling excavation face was gradually decreasing with the increase of angleβ.However,the change of that in front of the excavation face was very small.Angleβ,the buried depth and the change ofdiameter of pipeline only affected the surrounding environments with the maximum positive and negative bendingmoments of the lateral pipeline,but had little effect on other parts.The maximum positive and negative bendingmoments of the pipeline in hard clays were larger than that of the pipeline in soft clays,but the influence range ofpipelines in soft clays got larger and larger.
