本文综合考虑了专利检索的业务特点以及智能语义分析技术与专利检索的结合点设计了一次信息检索评测,目的是检测专利语义检索技术的研究现状和系统有效性。为了提高评测的自动化程度,本文提出了一种基于引证文献的相关专利检索自动评测方法,实验结果表明,该方法可以取得与人工评价方法基本一致的测试结果。本次评测的相关工作为专利检索研究提供了有益参考。

英文摘要：

After investigating the characteristics of patent retrieval and its combination with intelligence semantic search,we made a patent semantic search evaluation,in order to evaluate information retrieval techniques in the Intellectual Property domain. Because human evaluation is time-consuming,we propose a new citation-based method for automatic evaluation of patent information retrieval.Experiments showed that this method can get similar results as human evaluation.Our work will be beneficial to patent retrieval research.
