采用反应等离了喷涂技术制备了TiN复相涂层,并分析了复相涂层的组织及其性能。结果表明:复相涂层主要由TiN相组成,并含育少量的钛的氧化物;复相涂层具有典犁的层状组织结构,且层与层之间结合较好;复相涂层是由小于100nm晶粒组成,属于纳米复合材料,因而复相涂层不仪具有高硬度,向且具有远优于Al2O3涂层的断裂韧性。与M2钢相比,复合涂层具有较高的耐磨性能。
TiN composite coatings were prepared by means of reactive plasma spraying (RPS) titanium powders, and the microstructure and performance of the composite coatings were analyzed. Experimental results showed that RPS TiN composite coatings were mainly composed of TiN phase, also a small quantities of titanium oxides being detected; the composite coatings presented a typical multi-layered structure, and the adhesive state among layers was in good condition; composite coatings was composed of grains less than 100 nm,belonging to nano-composite materials, so the composite coatings did not only have high microhardness, but also had better fracture toughness than Al2O3 coatings. In particular the coatings had higher wear resistance compared with M2.
