Alternative explicit-implicit scheme and implicit-explicit scheme are proposed for numerically solving two-dimensional diffusion equation, which are generalized from one-dimensional scheme to two-dimension. Both two schemes are unconditionally stable and the truncation errors are O（△t2＋h2）.
