针对煤炭资源深部开采中面临的高应力巷道围岩控制难题,在鹤壁三矿三水平变电所泵房硐室和带式输送机巷返修中进行了钢管混凝土支架支护实验。将巷道原支护结构拆除掉,将巷道扩大至原断面,并进行锚网喷初次支护,然后进行钢管混凝土支架支护,并在两帮和顶部预留围岩变形空间。便于围岩释放压力。
High stress roadway rock control faced challenges in deep coal mining. Steel tube-confined concrete supports supporting experiment was held in third level substation pump room and belt roadway in Hebi No.3 coal mine. The original roadway supporting structure was demolished off the roadway, and extended to the original section. Initial anchor mesh supporting was taken first, followed by STCCS supporting with reserve space for releasing of surrounding rock pressure in both sides and top of roadway.
