应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对腹板增强型复合材料夹层梁扭转力学性能进行研究.建立夹层梁物理模型,分析纵、横向腹板对夹层梁扭转力学性能的增强作用,考察腹板间距及厚度对夹层梁扭转角的影响,并对2种腹板的增强作用进行对比.结果显示:纵向和横向腹板均能提高夹层梁抗扭转性能,其中纵向腹板间距及横向腹板厚度对夹层梁扭转力学性能有着明显的影响.总体上纵向腹板的增强效果要比横向腹板好.
The torsion analysis of composite sandwich beams with web configuration was conducted by finite element software ANSYS.The effects of longitudinal and transverse webs on the torsional behavior of sandwich beams were discussed, then the influences of web space and web thickness on the torsional behavior were investigated. Two web enhancement methods were finally compared. Results indicated that both longitudinal and transverse webs could improve the torsion properties of sandwich beams. Longitudinal web space and transverse web thicknesses had considerable effect on torsion properties. Longitudinal web generally had better reinforcement effects than transverse web.
