以水热法制备ZrW2O8粉体并研究其负热膨胀特性。对其前驱体进行热重一差热分析(TGDSC),以x射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物结构及形貌进行表征。结果表明所得粉体为单-α-ZrW2O8相,为纳米球颗粒,颗粒的平均直径约为30nm。变温x射线粉末衍射分析表明所得ZrW2O8粉体具有很好的负热膨胀特性,在室温到500℃时,平均热膨胀系数为-3.66×10-6℃-1。
ZrW2O8 powders were synthesized using hydrothermal route, and the property of negative thermal expansion was studied. The precursor of ZrW2 O8 was studied by thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorime- try (TG-DSC). The structure and morphology of the resulting powders were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. The results show that the sample is single phase of α- ZrW2O8 with nano-spherical morphology, the average diameter is 30 nm The high temperature X-ray diffraction measurement indicates that the material has strong negative thermal expansion. From room temperature to 500 ℃, the average thermal expansion coefficient is - 3.66 × 10 6 ℃- 1.
