采用共沉淀法制备Fe3O4微粒,后用四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)将其表面包覆SiO2,得到Fe3O4/SiO2,分别在Fe3O4粒子和Fe3O4/SiO2粒子上键合葡萄糖和蔗糖,得到四种复合磁性材料:Fe3O4-葡萄糖(F-G)、Fe3O4-蔗糖(F-S)、Fe3O4/SiO2-葡萄糖(F-S-G)、Fe3O4/SiO2-蔗糖(F-S-S)。合成材料用IR进行表征,结果表明,蔗糖和葡萄糖已成功修饰。以甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯的混合溶液为目标物,考察四种材料对芳香烃类化合物吸附性能,实验表明,四种材料均有较好的的吸附效果,其中F-S和F-S-G吸附性能尤佳。
We prepared Fe3O4 particles by using co-precipitation method,then coated them with SiO2 on their surface.Finally,Fe3O4 particles and SiO2/ Fe3O4 particles were bonded with glucose and sucrose respectively.The four kinds of modified magnetic materials were denoted as Fe3O4-glucose(F-G),Fe3O4-sucrose(F-S),Fe3O4/SiO2-glucose(F-S-G) and Fe3O4/SiO2-sucrose(F-S-S).The properties of the materials were characterized with IR and the results showed that the four kinds of magnetic materials had been modified successfully.Then,toluene,xylene,and styrene were selected to test the adsorptive properties of the four materials.The conclusion is that the adsorption performance of Fe3O4-sucrose and Fe3O4/SiO2-glucose is much better than the rest.
