利用根据相似理论设计出的底部钻柱动力学研究试验装置,进行了井底光钻铤钻具在不同钻压、转速条件下旋转及钻压波动规律的试验研究。试验结果表明:光钻铤钻具组合在井底的旋转大部分为正向涡动及谐波振动,要想使其产生反向涡动必须合理选择钻进参数;使用光钻铤钻具组合时井底钻压振动幅度较大;单从减轻钻柱振动危害方面讲,不建议采用光钻铤钻具组合,但从利用井下钻柱纵向振动能量提高深井机械钻速的角度看,该钻具值得推荐;光钻铤钻具组合的防斜机理有待于进一步研究。
According to the experimental device designed on the basis of the principle of similitude, to investigate the motion behaviors of bottom drill string, some experiments have been done to un- derstand the rotation and axial vibration characteristics of slick BHA in down-hole. The paper has analyzed the characteristics of slick BHA in different assembled parameter and found the different dynamic rule of BHA in different assembled parameter. The result shows that the main work sta- tus of slick BHA is positive and harmonic whirl vibration, In order to produce a reverse eddy, drilling parameters must be selected;Using the combination of slick BHA drilling pressure vibra- tion amplitude is relatively large;from the perspective of Reduce harm the slick BHA is not rec- ommended, However, form the view of improve deep penetration rate by using longitudinal vibra- tion downhole drill energy the drill is recommended; mechanisms prevent the inclination by slick BHA need to be further studied.
