在大型精密设备拼装领域,产品尺寸不断增大、复杂程度日益提高,需要建立更高精度的全局坐标系。为合理确定观测值的权并减弱粗差的影响,本文引入抗差Helmert方差分量估计,建立激光跟踪仪严密整体平差模型,经过实测数据验证,应用抗差Helmert方差分量估计较好地解决了激光跟踪仪中观测值的合理定权,有效地抵御了粗差的影响,从而极大地改善了控制点位的精度。
In the assembly of large precision equipment, the equipment is becoming larger and complexer, a global coordinate system with high accuracy is required. In order to determine the weight of observation values reasonably and weaken the influence of gross error, the robust Helmert variance component estimation is used for all station data to establish rigorous overall surveying adjustment model of laser tracker. The results show that this method can better solve the weight of the observations reasonably, effectively reduce the influence of gross error, thus improve the positioning accuracy.
