虚拟校园是数字城市的缩影。以北京交通大学的真实校园场景为研究对象,采用模块化、层次结构和纹理映射技术相融合的方法,通过运用实时可视化三维建模软件系统MultiGen Creator进行建模,创建了较为逼真的校园虚拟场景模型,并从数据库结构和组成模型的面片数两方面对其进行了优化,最后利用仿真系统Vega实现了校园虚拟场景的驱动显示。对于校园虚拟现实系统关键技术的研究与实现成为完成逼真合理的大规模虚拟场景的基础。
Virtual campus is rudiment system of digital city. In this paper, the research object is the actual campus scene of Beijing Jiaotong University, making use of modularization, hierarchy and texture mapping technology by MultiC, en Creator, to construct a vivid campus virtual scene model which is also optimized from database structure to polygon quantity, and realize the panoramic real - time driving in Vega system, Rescarch and realization of virtual campus scene becomes the base of realization of vivid and reasonable large- scale virtual scene.
