土壤种子库是单位面积的土壤及土壤表面的落叶层中所有具有生命力的种子的总和。土壤种子库在植被的更新和恢复、生物多样性的维护、植被的演替过程和扩散过程等方面都具有重要作用,其物种构成及数量特征一直是生物学、生态学、植物学、土壤学、环境科学和统计学等学科领域研究的热点问题。研究结合国内外湿地种子库研究现状,对湿地种子库的形成、研究方法、种子库时空格局、种子库与地表植被的关系以及种子库在湿地恢复中的应用等主要方面进行了系统的总结,同时对湿地种子库的时间动态、种子库的分类、种子库与地表植被的关系及在湿地恢复重建及湿地景观营造中的作用等方面的研究进行了展望。我们认为,种子库的研究是深入探讨湿地植被结构、功能与动态等方面的重要基础,是对湿地生物多样性研究的一个重要补充,对受损湿地植被重建与恢复具有重要的指导意义。
The soil seed bank refers to the natural storage of viable seeds per unit area, often dormant, within the soil of most ecosystems. Due to the importance of soil seed bank for the vegetation updates and reconstruction, the protection of biological diversity and the succession and diffusion process of species, soil seed bank is a hot issue on biology, ecology, botany, soil science, environmental science, statistics and other disciplines. While the number of features in the soil seed bank on the distribution pattern, with time and space properties of the soil seed bank in vegetation updates and recovery, protection of biological diversity, vegetation succession process and diffusion process and play an important role. In this paper, domestic and international research status on wet- land seed bank was reviewed, some relative dormant aspects such as the formation of wetland seed bank, research methods, the spatial and temporal pattern of seed bank, the relationship of wetland seed bank and vegetation, the role of wetland seed bank on the wetland reconstruction were systematically summarized. Simultaneously, the temporal dynamics of wetland seed bank, the classification seed bank, the relationship between seed bank and vegetation species and its effect on wetland reconstruction were forecasted. We think seed bank study is not only an important basis for the intensive research of wetland vegetation structure ,function and dynamics but also a significant supplement of wetland biological diversity. The study of wetland seed band plays an instructive role in the restoration of degraded or altered wetland ecosystems.
