技术创新所依据的科学原理往往属于其他领域,领域跨度越大,创新等级越高。将致力于实现知识重用、知识共享和机器可懂的本体和语义网技术与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)相结合,提出了基于本体的技术冲突解决方法,给出了基于本体的技术冲突解决流程,并应用本体构建软件protfigfi、体描述语言OWL,以TRIZ的冲突解决原理为基础构建了技术创新本体。以强夯机脱钩器的技术创新为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
The scientific principle of technical innovation often comes from other domains. The larger the span between domains is, the higher level of innovation we will get. By combining ontology and semantic technology, which aimed to realize reuse and sharing of information and knowledge, with theory of inventive problem solving TRIZ, method of solving technical conflict based on ontology was proposed and the flow chart of solving technical conflict based on ontology was given. By making use of ontology construction software prot6g6 and ontology description language OWL, on the basis of technical conflict solution theory, which came from TRIZ, the technical innovation ontology was constructed, which will pave the way for ontology based technical innovation in semantic web in the future. The validity of this method was proved by a case study, which described technical innovation of critical part of dynamic compaction machinery self--release mechanism.
