目前,心血管疾病仍是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。心肌细胞凋亡在心血管疾病发生和发展过程中起着重要作用。近年研究表明:氧化应激是心肌细胞凋亡的首要刺激因素,药物通过不同的信号通道作用于氧化应激损伤引起的细胞凋亡已有研究。本文就膜受体介导的信号通路对H2O2诱导心肌细胞凋亡的作用做一综述。
Currently,cardiovascular disease remains a serious threat to human health and diseases.Myocardial cell apoptosis plays an important role in the development of cardiovascular disease.Recent studies show that: oxidative stress is the primary cardiomyocyte apoptosis stimuli,drug effects through different signaling pathways in oxidative stress injury induced apoptosis.In this paper,membrane receptor-mediated signaling pathways on H2O2 induced myocardial apoptosis are reviewed.
