根据IEC60060—3振荡冲击电压波形(OIV)的物理特性,提出了一种通过数值等效电路模型获得OIV波形的方法。通过对模型的理论分析,得到波形几个重要参数的解析表达式;讨论了负荷取值范围对波形参数的影响。仿真结果表明,通过调节电路元件参数值,可以得到适用于不同负荷情况下OIV波形,满足工程设计要求;在模型参数确定的情况下,根据波形参数表达式求得的解析解与模型数值解之间误差较小,为现场试验用振荡冲击发生器设计提供了理论依据。
According to the physical characteristics of oscillating impulse voltage (OIV) specified in IEC 60060-3 standard, a numerical method is proposed for producing OIV by actual equivalent circuit. Through theoretical analysis of the circuit model, analytical expressions of several important parameters of the waveforms are obtained. Also, influences of load range upon waveform parameters are discussed. The results indicate that by changing the circuit elements, OIV waves can be generated to meet the engineering design requirements for different load degrees, The difference between the numerical solution of waveform parameter expression and the analytical solution with model is small under model parameters have been identified. Therefore this method provides a theoretical basis for on-site testing OIV generator.
