ZHANG Tai, received his M.S and B.S. degrees in communication engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China in 2004 and 2008 respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include P2P networks and the next generation networks. Email: arcaffier@ 163.com WANG Sheng, is currently a Professor in the Key Laboratory of Broadband Optical Fiber Transsimison and Communication Networks, School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include P2P networks, optimization theory, traffic engineering and key techniques of the next generation networks. Email: wsh_keylab@uestc.edu.cn LIAO Dan, received his Ph.D. degree in Key Laboratory of Broadband Optical Fiber Transsimison and Communication Networks, School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China in 2006.
