基于企业风险管理的过程,对我国新创企业的非系统性风险现状进行了大样本调研,从风险识别、风险决策与风险控制方面对不同类型风险进行深入分析。研究发现：目前新创企业面临的非系统风险从大到小的排序为资金风险、市场风险、管理风险和技术风险;其次,创业企业针对不同风险类型的控制水平存在一定的差异。文章针对新创企业风险管理的现状提出了一些可行性建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the enterprise risk management process,this paper carries out big sample survey of current situation of non-systematic risk of new ventures and analyzes risks of different types from the aspects of risk identification,risk decision and risk control.The study finds that non-systematic risks faced by new ventures currently are financial risk,market risk,management risk and technology risk sorted in descending order.Besides,there are some differences in the control level for different types of risks.In the end,this thesis proposes a number of feasible suggestions for the situation.
