Computer application and innovation is an important aspect of professional competence for students of Machinery Electronics Engineering.The paper makes a study of the following： to reform the course system with computer application as the main line and establish the organic link among the courses;to promote example teaching and research-based teaching;to reform assessment system and introduce multi-test,assess learning process and result;process assessment includes learning attitude,method,cooperation,communition ability,innovative awareness and practical ability;result assessment includes basic knowledge,practice ability,and innovation.
