设计并制作了表面传导电子发射显示器(SED)电形成过程瞬态响应测量电路,该电路可以根据电形成过程中SED的阻值自动选择相应的测量电阻来测量SED的瞬态响应并将其记录下来。该电路可测量的SED阻值范围为50—3×10^5 Ω,采样频率最大可达100kHz,量程切换时间为144 μs,可以满足SED电形成过程中瞬态响应测量的要求。用该电路成功测量了SED样片在电形成过程中电阻的瞬时值,并给出了SED器件电压及SED电阻的变化曲线。实验结果表明运用该电路可研究电形成的详细过程。
In this paper, a measurement circuit of transient response is proposed which can choose an appropriate resistance to measure the resistance and current of Surface-conduction Electron-emitter Display (SED). The resistance of SED from 50 Ω to 300 kΩ can be measured by this circuit, and the picking rate can get to 100 kHz, and the switching time of measuring range is 144 μs. The transient resistance of the SED during the electroforming process has been measured successful by using this circuit. Graphs of the resistance and the device voltage are showed. And the results indicate that the eleetroforming process of the SED can be investigated by using the circuit.
